Creating comfort in the workplace through social oriented furniture.

Designed by Tailor Inc, Goodman’s workplace demonstrates how furniture plays a central role in shaping how people meet, pause, and interact throughout the day, supporting a workplace that feels welcoming, intuitive, and easy to use.
Socially oriented furniture was used to soften traditionally formal spaces and encourage more natural interaction. In the meeting room, Post Bench Seating paired with the Ikon Conference table creates a relaxed yet functional setting. The bench seating introduces a hospitality influence, encouraging closer collaboration while maintaining the structure required for focused meetings. Break areas were furnished with Cleo Chairs and Astro Stools to support informal connection and genuine downtime. Their supportive forms and softer aesthetic encourage people to sit longer, talk, and recharge. These spaces shift the tone of the workplace toward comfort, culture, and everyday wellbeing.
Throughout the fit-out, comfort is delivered through seating typologies that prioritise a softer, more welcoming workplace atmoshpere. Timber finishes and upholstered elements contribute to a calm atmosphere, reducing visual hardness and supporting wellbeing across shared spaces.
